Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to OpsReveal, operated by PreventLoss.org ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at opsreveal.preventloss.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Merchant of Record & Billing
Our order process and payment handling are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing management, invoicing, tax compliance, and related customer support for OpsReveal subscriptions.
2. In-Browser Data Processing & Data Ownership
- Raw Data Sovereignty: OpsReveal operates on a zero-trust, client-side model. All uploaded documents (including spreadsheets, invoices, receiving logs, and GRN files) are parsed and audited entirely within your web browser. You retain 100% ownership of your raw operational data and confidential files, which are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
- Summary Analytics & Anonymized Marketing Rights: Non-confidential, aggregated audit summaries (such as total leakage amounts detected, lines processed, file counts, and audit execution timestamps) are recorded to cloud storage to maintain your account dashboard history. We reserve the right to compile and utilize anonymized, aggregated summary metrics (e.g., industry-wide loss benchmarks) for marketing, public reports, and platform enhancements, provided such data cannot be linked back to your company or identity.
3. Account Registration & User Conduct
To access OpsReveal audit tools, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your access credentials. You are responsible for all actions and audits conducted under your account workspace. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the software engine.
4. Subscriptions & Renewal Terms
OpsReveal offer tiers (including Starter and Professional plans) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through your account workspace settings or Paddle billing portal.
5. Website Analytics & Monitoring
By browsing our public website, you acknowledge that we utilize standard third-party telemetry and behavioral tracking services—including Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Microsoft Clarity—to analyze user interaction, heatmaps, and web traffic patterns to optimize platform performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
OpsReveal provides automated auditing and anomaly detection tools "as is." While our software assists in detecting pricing spikes and inventory discrepancies, you remain responsible for verifying audit outputs prior to taking legal or vendor-recovery actions. PreventLoss.org is not liable for indirect or consequential financial damages arising from user operational decisions.
7. Legal & Compliance Contact
For official legal notices, compliance queries, or inquiries regarding these terms, please contact our team at legal@preventloss.org or info@preventloss.org.
